Uff!!<\/p>\n<p>Hagamos memoria sobre los inicios de ICQ. Este servicio fue creado en 1996 por una empresa llamada Mirabilis, con base en Israel que, 2 a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde, lo vendi\u00f3 a AOL (empresa norteamericana). Seg\u00fan sus \u00faltimos datos oficiales, <strong>ICQ tiene alrededor de 30 millones de visitantes \u00fanicos al mes en su mayor\u00eda procedentes de Israel, Alemania y Rusia<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-940\" title=\"icqinfo\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tresce.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/icqinfo-255x300.jpg\" alt=\"icqinfo\" width=\"255\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Y la segunda noticia, que no me sorprendi\u00f3 en absoluto, se refer\u00eda a diversos problemas de seguridad detectados en el chat de Facebook. Para los usuarios que como yo a diario hacemos uso de esta aplicaci\u00f3n, la lentitud de dicho chat se plantea como otra de las problem\u00e1ticas&#8230; Los t\u00e9cnicos de Facebook al notar estas anomal\u00edas decidieron, por un corto per\u00edodo de tiempo, desactivar el chat y luego restablecer el servicio en diversas fases.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo es que llegu\u00e9 a relacionar estas dos noticias?
